About Us- Admirals View (and Annapolis)

Admiral's View

Admiral's View is an upscale community centered between all the conveniences Annapolis has to offer. Our community is comprised of 64 three story colonial style town-homes. Construction was completed in December 2009 by Winchester Homes, known for their high quality construction and custom elements. Every home has three bedrooms, a lovely brick facade and is supplied with both electric and gas utilities. In addition, each unit has a two car garage which is accessed by the owners' alley.

Our desirable location near major roads makes it an easy commute to both Baltimore and Washington DC. We are minutes away from Anne Arundel Medical Center and close to the U.S. Naval Academy and within easy commuting distance of Fort Meade, Maryland. We are family friendly, pet friendly and have reasonable maintenance fees for an affordable living experience.

Annapolis, Maryland

In its early days, a thriving shipping industry brought great wealth to the Annapolis area. The Chesapeake Bay still plays a major role in commerce, although today the Annapolis area is more of a recreational boating, fishing, sailing and racing hub than shipping. Supply and service establishments dot the shoreline and comprise a vigorous maritime industry. Annapolis has always been a very popular port of call for international sailors, who consider the city “America’s Sailing Capital.” Every fall, the largest in-the-water boat shows in the world are held on successive weekends for sail and power enthusiasts respectively.

Visit the United States Powerboat Show and the United States Sailboat Show websites for information about upcoming boat shows.

Annapolis is also home to the United States Naval Academy, the second oldest of the five federal service academies. Students, known as midshipmen, are on active duty in the U.S. Navy while they are educated and trained as future officers of competence, character, and compassion. Upon graduation, they serve in the U.S. Navy or Marine Corps. The lush and scenic grounds of the campus, known as the “Yard,” combine the beauty of Beaux Arts architecture and historical monuments commemorating the bravery and heroism that are an inherent part of the Academy’s naval heritage, with state-of-the-art technology that exemplifies today’s Navy and Marine Corps.

Whether you enjoy eating crabs by the Bay, fashionable shopping at the Annapolis Towne Center, or a Navy football game in fall, you will find Admiral’s View a great place to call home.
