SHORT TERM RENTAL AMENDMENT

The votes cast at our special meeting on Sep 20, 2023; combined with those cast at our April 2024 Annual Meeting resulted in more than enough votes necessary to pass the amendment to our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions prohibiting short term rentals.

The amendment documentation has been recorded by the county and is now in effect and binding.
